Eleanor Lutz is a designer based in Seattle. She creates infographics, usually relating to science. Lutz is a subject-matter expert as she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Washington.
Her latest visual representation titled How To Build A Human takes the reader on a visual journey of human life starting at conception right up to birth. Within each spiral animation, Lutz details the stage the developing human body is at.
Her educational graphs are non-intimidating and engaging. A total of 396 sketches were used with GIF technology to detail the illustration.
Lutz takes prides in only using reliable scientific textbooks and peer-reviewed papers. Her info graphics have been featured on Slate, Popular Science, World Book and International Business Times, to name a few.
To think, biology would have so much easier to learn if we had relied on Lutz’s infographics.
