A Soviet monument in Bulgaria has been the canvas of an unknown artist. This 'Bulgarian Banksy' turned these Soviet working class heroes into American super heroes and other pop-culture persona. This muchagainst the liking of Russia. What do you think, is it good art or does it show disrespect?
