Hilariously Satirical Photos Of The World’s Best Dad And His Long-Suffering Daughter.

Like most first-time fathers, photographer Dave Engledow was nervous about parenthood and worried how he would manage. When his daughter Alice Bee was born in 2010, he began snapping funny pictures of her and posting them to Facebook to entertain family and friends. Creating them helped Engledow to deal with the fears he faced as a new dad, and people loved them because they could identify with the hilarious situations.
Engledow and his wife, Jen, had no idea that this was the start of an ongoing photo projectConfessions of the World's Best Father. The photos of Alice's first year of life were made into a book and their Facebook page has grown just fast as little Alice has.
When asked what advice he would give to first-time fathers, Engledow told People, "Go see as many movies as you can because you're not going to be able to do that for the next four or five years. Concentrate and focus on the now. Everyone will tell you that the years go by amazingly fast, and I can say that these first three years have gone by in the blink of an eye. It seems like just yesterday that Alice was born. So it's really important to have fun and focus on the sheer joy that happens in the midst of all the craziness."
