There’s something that’s been hiding in the Disney Pixar films. You’ve probably seen it over and over again without ever realizing it. It’s the combination of letters and numbers: A113.

A113 is actually the classroom number at the California Institute of Arts. Room A113 was used for the first year of graphic design and character animation. This is where many of the Pixar and Disney animators were taught. Putting A113 is their way of showing appreciation to the school. Pretty cool, huh?
