You’ll NEVER Drive This Mercedes. You’ll Be Pleased When You Find Out Why..

Mercedes has a vision of what the ultimate luxury car of the future will be like. Their newest concept, called the F015 Luxury In Motion, brings that vision to life.
The F015 not only drives itself, but allows the front passengers to completely turn around to face the rear of the vehicle. The windows can be used as screens, along with 6 other touch screens in the cabin, to adjust car's settings and connect to the digital world. This creates what Mercedes calls a "digital arena." It's an arrangement that makes the interior more like a lounge area. It's a beautiful car and a novel concept, but it's more than that. It represents the beginning of a new era - a shift in how people relate to cars and personal transportation.
“Anyone who focuses solely on the technology has not yet grasped how autonomous driving will change our society... The car is growing beyond its role as a mere means of transport and will ultimately become a mobile living space.” -Dr. Dieter Zetsche, Daimler CEO
So in the future, driving may not be something people think of 'doing' in general. It'll be more like an extension of their home. Although we'll have to wait until about 2030 for this car to become available to buy.

The car is designed to be stylish and aerodynamic.

Both the rear and front uses LED lights and has an automated voice that speaks to pedestrians.

The front LED's can project a cross-walk for pedestrians, letting them know when it's safe to cross.

It has both battery and fuel cell technology to get a range of up to 680 miles.

Some of the windows can be used as screens.

There are 6 main screens which will be touch and gesture controlled.

Each side panel lets you control the car's settings with a touch screen.

Both of the front passenger seats can spin around to face the rear.

All 4 doors open at 90 degree angles making is very easy to enter and exit.

Looks pretty cozy, huh?
